This suite of training resources has been assembled to equip and inspire you to strengthen your collaboration and partnership skills to ensure the Forest Service continues to care for the land and serve the American people. More specifically, the purpose of this catalogue is to help you identify the appropriate training to overcome hurdles to collaboration and partnership activities and adopt effective strategies to achieve better outcomes for the people we all serve and the land we all care for.

Both internal and external training opportunities designed to strengthen one of more of the 22 OPM partnership and community competencies have been assembled here.

Audience

While appropriate to FS partners, this catalogue primarily targets the whole spectrum of seasoned to budding FS partnership practitioners across deputy areas and unit levels that desire additional training to strengthen their capacity to cultivate, manage and participate in partnerships contributing to the FS mission.

Expected Updates

The content will eventually be categorized and searchable by targeted user group, such as line officer, partnership coordinator, and program manager, as well as by other categories, such as location, method, cost, training objective/competencies targeted, timing, frequency, and duration, among others.
