The Prescott Hotshot Crew will typically hire several new seasonals prior to the start of fire season. The number of vacancies will vary each year, depending on the number of crewmembers who choose to pursue other job opportunities. We encourage any interested individual to contact the superintendent or the captains in the fall. Jobs are generally offered in February and the crew begins work towards the end of March, however the starting date can vary depending on the severity of the fire season. The crew works until the end of September.
