California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Scoping Meetings

State Water Resources Control BoardThe Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board will conduct California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Scoping meetings to solicit input regarding the scope and content of information to be included in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that will be prepared to assess the potential environmental effects of the proposed project, Waste Discharge Requirements for Nonpoint Source (NPS) Discharges Related to Certain Activities Conducted by the Bureau of Land Management and the United States Forest Service on Federal Lands.

The scoping meetings will consist of a presentation of the proposed Federal NPS Permit concepts and a public comment period.

  • The Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board meeting will be held on April 7, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:30 PST, by remote participation only via Zoom.
  • The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board meeting will be held on April 13, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:30 AM PST, by remote participation only via Zoom.
