Pathways Programs for Students & Recent Graduates

The Pathways Program is designed to provide a clear path to careers with the Federal government and give agencies a better way to recruit, train, and retain qualified employees. It has three components

  • The Internship Program for current students (high school to graduate level).
  • The Recent Graduates Program for individuals who, within the previous two years, graduated from qualifying educational institutions with an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from qualifying educational institutions.
  • The Presidential Management Fellowship (PMF) Program for advanced degree (e.g., masters or professional degree) candidates.
