Santa Fe National Forest Offices Closed on Thanksgiving Day

SANTA FE, NM – Nov. 22, 2019 – All Santa Fe National Forest (SFNF) offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, in observance of Thanksgiving Day.  Forest offices will resume regular business hours on Friday, Nov. 29.

And this is just a reminder that cut-your-own Christmas tree permits will go on sale Monday, Nov. 25. As part of the national Every Kid Outdoors initiative, fourth-graders with an Every Kid Outdoors pass are entitled to a free Christmas tree permit.  For more information about Christmas tree permits and where you can buy one, review the SFNF press release issued on Nov. 12 at https://go.usa.gov/xpXCQ.
