SALMON, Idaho – The Salmon-Challis National Forest, in conjunction with the Idaho Wyoming Acquisition Center (IDAWY), is advertising a project involving installation of concrete tie downs for aircraft, as well as striping for pilot guidance.

KEY DATES for the solicitation process are as follows:

  • June 19 – site visit at 9:00 a.m. at the Salmon Airbase
    • June 15 - All contractors planning to attend the site visit shall notify Amelia Velasco at avelasco@fs.fed.us, no later than 1:00 p.m. MST.
  • June 22 – All questions shall be submitted in writing to avelasco@fs.fed.us no later than 1:00 p.m.
  • June 29 – Quotes are due by 1:00 p.m. A scanned copy of the original quote can be e-mailed prior to the due date and time to Amelia Velasco at avelasco@fs.fed.us.
  • July 9 – Notice to Proceed
  • August 1 – Project Deadline
