Robbie Sitzlar came to South Carolina from Kentucky’s Daniel Boone National Forest where he worked for nearly 10 years. Most recently he served as forest silviculturist and timber program manager. Sitzlar began his career as a seasonal forest technician on Tennessee’s Cherokee National Forest in 1998, then became a recreation forester on Colorado’s Comanche National Grassland where he helped manage the recreation, lands and special uses programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from the University of Tennessee.
