An Open House was held July 10th where together eighteen southern Illinois land management agencies and non-government organizations engaged with the public on a variety of natural resource topics.

At the open house resource professionals and other representatives informed participants about current projects and potential opportunities. They answered questions on topics such as the challenges posed by non-native invasive species, soil erosion and the decline in oak trees in our forests.
