Before filling out or submitting any application forms, conduct a self-evaluation of your proposal AND contact the local Ranger District to be sure that your proposal meets the initial screening criteria for approval.

• Noncommercial Group Use
  Use this form to apply for activities with more than 75 people and/or when infrastructure is involved

  • NOTE: This is the form to use if a permit is required for your special event (for example, wedding, family reunion, company gathering)

• Recreation Events
  These are typically sporting events organized by groups or clubs like dog mushing, OHV events, etc.

  NOTE: Beginning in Fall 2008, applications for Recreation Events on the Central Coast Ranger District and Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area will only be accepted between October 15 & December 15 each year.
