2019 Tornado Salvage Projects

On April 13, 2019, the Davy Crockett National Forest was hit by three deadly tornados. They ranged in strength from EF3 (135-160 mph winds), EF2 (110-135 mph winds) and an EF1 (up to 110 mph winds). It is estimated more than 8,000 acres of the Forest were impacted by the storms.
