During hunting season, camping in the Angelina, Davy Crockett, Sabine and Sam Houston National Forests and Caddo National Grasslands is limited to designated campsites or developed recreation areas through Feb. 1. Because of flooding from Hurricane Harvey, some hunter camps in the Sam Houston National Forest are closed. Contact the Ranger Office at 936-344-6205 for hunter camp availability.
