NOTICE: The Umpqua National Forest offices are closed to the general public and have implemented virtual services to protect the health and safety of employees and members of the public. We are following guidance from Federal, State and County authorities as we respond to the COVID-19 crisis.
Customers needing information, permits, and maps are encouraged to call during regular business hours. We are open for virtual services Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. Customers requesting a firewood or forest products permit can also email us at SM.FS.umpquapermit@usda.gov.
