Extensive repairs starting in the spring of 2019

Tumble Creek Bridge: ODOT plans extensive repairs to Tumble Creek Bridge starting in the spring of 2019. Travelers can expect 20 minute delays. There will be times when the Tumble Ridge Trailhead south parking area will be unavailable. However, temporary parking will be available just west of the bridge and the trail itself will remain accessible during construction.

Forest Service Road 2009

  Delays of 20 minutes are expected on June 17 & 18 at mile post 16 and 17.

Forest Service Road 4693

 

Forest Service Road 4693 that leads to Breitenbush Hotsprings will be closed on Thursday, July 2 for repairs to the asphalt on the east side of the bridge (mile point .03).

EWEB is upgrading equipment at the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric facility. In order complete the project safely, Forest Service Roads 690, 730, and 689 will be closed to all public use through the year 2021. The McKenzie River Trail and associated trailheads will remain open.

Road closed at milepost 31.6, about 3 miles from the junction with FS Road 2638 due to a landslide. Proposed date for repair is undetermined at this time.

The closure encompasses approximately 1 mile of Deer Creek road FSR 2654 from the junction of FSR 2654-780 north to the junction of FSR 2654/2655.
