Thursday, August 8, 2019, Congressman Thomas Charles O'Halleran, a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Arizona's 1st congressional district paid a visit to the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests Headquarters in Springerville, Arizona. “It was a pleasure to welcome Congressman O’Halleran and his aide, Rochelle La Capa, to the US Forest Service Supervisor’s Office.” Said, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests Supervisor, Steve Best.

While congress is in recess, the Congressman explained that he was going to be in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests area to visit with the public for a couple of days. The enthusiastic greetings from a host of employees made it clear how happy they were to welcome the congressman to the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests.
