Concession operated sites may be included in the waiver if the permit holder wishes to participate. Waiving of expanded amenity fees such as overnight camping, rental cabins, etc. operated by the FS will be at the discretion of the line officer. Sites listed on the National Recreation Reservation Service (NRRS) will not be included in the fee waiver due to the difficulties of refunding reservation payments.

Please take advantage of these fee waiver days to reach out to your communities and encourage people to get outside and enjoy their public lands.

If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Ebert, Fee Program Manager at (530) 647-5455.
