Espanola Ranger District Volunteer Opportunities

Taking a break on a log for lunch.

Welcome to the Espanola Ranger District!

Your Espanola Ranger District Volunteer Coordinator is Jennifer Sublett (also the Volunteer Coordinator for Pecos/Las Vegas & Coyote Ranger Districts).  Espanola Ranger District covers Santa Fe, Espanola, Los Alamos, Truchas, Cordova, and the Abiquiu area for volunteer happenings.  As you read through the opporunities, you will notice the varied projects and chances to get involved.  Click on the links below to learn more about specific volunteer opportunities.

Groups and individuals are invited!  Groups may also work with the District Volunteer Coordinator to design a project based on their needs and interests.

Let’s brainstorm--If your group would like to partner with Santa Fe National Forest’s Volunteer Program (Espanola, Pecos-Las Vegas, or Coyote Ranger Districts) for a project, please contact Jennifer Sublett.  There are many opportunities for youth, colleges, and adult groups to get involved in the front and back country!
