site from a populated area, such as a small community, where materials
for repair or restoration may be obtained
- Base travel time on the
most likely method that will be used to transport labor and materials
to the jobsite (one-way trip time)
- Travel Time will be used by INFRA
to compute the "remoteness" factor, which affects work
item cost
