Building Condition Assessment and Documentation Part I

Funds are to be used for maintenance, repair and disposal of admin buildings, major visitor centers, water and wastewater, dams, fire facilities, etc. not associated with developed recreation sites.
Focus funds to maintain mission critical facilities (identified in FRPP) in good condition.
It is not expected that funds will be returned to where they are collected in the same proportion, CP09 is just an assessment system for maintaining non-recreation facilities in general.
