The San Dimas Technology and Development Center (SDTDC) in southern California used American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and Forest Service facilities funds to improve energy efficiency and install a new photovoltaic (PV) system. The PV system will produce enough energy to meet or exceed the center's total energy use. Other improvements at SDTDC include a new heating, ventilating, and air condition (HVAC) system, energy-efficient lights, and occupancy sensors for all overhead lighting.
