A. FOREST DIRECTION

• Reduce fixed costs through consolidation and decommissioning of unneeded buildings.
  
  
• Provide safe, clean, attractive, efficient and accessible facilities.
  
  
• There will be 4 ranger districts (Barlow, Clackamas River, Hood River and Zigzag with offices located in Dufur, Estacada, Highway 35 and Sandy, respectively) and 4 work centers (Parkdale, Bear Springs, Zigzag and Ripplebrook).

B. REGIONAL DIRECTION

• The backlog in the Regional FA&O program is so great that we can not expect the annual Regional FA&O program to meet any of our new construction needs.
  
  
• Reduce fixed costs by decommissioning unneeded buildings and getting out of high cost leases wherever possible.
