Project Scope

The Value Analysis Team understood the Allison Guard Station project to be "providing fire facilities" to meet 100% MEL in the vicinity of the Allison Guard Station. 100% is defined as two (2) engine crews consisting of a captain and 3 members, plus a "roving" crew for critical fire times. Total facility requirements are for 12 people with separate sleeping quarters for the captains and 2 people per room. Captains could bunk together.

Total funds currently budgeted for this project = $316,000 (CMC2).
