"Our moment of hope came to an end with the sad news that Pablo Cerda lost his valiant struggle on Tuesday evening. Each of us feels this tragedy and the tremendous loss of five brave men whose sense of duty and courage guided their fire fighting commitment. In this time of sorrow keep their families, friends and loved ones affected by this tragedy in your thoughts and prayers."
