HRM: Quarterly performance conversations due March 31

Supervisors are reminded of the requirement to have at least one performance conversation with employees every quarter, and record completion in the electronic Performance Management system. The ePM system is available in ConnectHR to record these conversations, or indicate that one is not required.

What You Need to Do 

Supervisory officials need to:

  • Enter completion of quarterly performance conversations in ePM (eAuthentication required) by March 31.
  • Supervisors and managers should also ensure that employees have been placed on their Fiscal Year 2021 performance plan.
  • Refer to Departmental Regulation 4040-430 for additional guidance.
