HRM: Submit monetary achievement awards by Sept. 4

Monetary achievement awards for FY 2021 must be submitted to Human Resources Management no later than Sept. 4, 2021. This will allow time for HRM to process awards by the end of the fiscal year.

Due to thousands of awards HRM receives this time of year, monetary awards submitted after this date will be returned to the unit to resubmit in the next fiscal year.

What you need to do

Units should submit monetary and time-off awards to eTracker by Sept. 4, 2021. Supervisors should also follow local award protocols and guidance before submitting to eTracker.

Since performance-based awards were eliminated with Departmental Regulation 4040-430, supervisors should not wait until the end of the fiscal year to recognize employees for their achievements. Awards should be submitted throughout the year.
