WASHINGTON, D.C. — ERGs are defined as “voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives.” ERGs also help foster a sense of belonging in the workplace by creating a deep and intentional community that extends beyond an employee's day-to-day team and colleagues into a nationwide network.
For more information on each ERG, check out the Employee Resource Groups booklet.
