On behalf of the President of the United States, we want to share a letter from President Biden to you (also attached as a PDF), thanking you for all that you do for the American people. Like the President, we want to thank you for your dedication and an incredible first year of the Biden-Harris Administration. The volume and the quality of work underway throughout USDA never ceases to impress. Most of you likely feel both exhilaration and exhaustion from the work you have done under very trying circumstances. Please remind yourself from time to time how many millions of people your collective work has positively impacted and how many millions more will have better lives because you get up every day and make a difference. Please take time to pat yourselves on the back and reflect on how lucky we are to be living and working at this time of profound change and to contribute to building back a better America.
