Dr. Grizelle González accepted the position of director of the International Institute of Tropical Forestry in San Juan, Puerto Rico. González currently serves as supervisory research ecologist and assistant director for research at IITF. 

Donald Odell accepted the position of branch chief of Budget Formulation for the Office of Strategic Planning, Budget and Accountability in Washington, DC. Odell currently serves as branch chief of Operations and Information Management for Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency in Washington, DC.
