Submit and Approve Time and Attendance by Saturday, July 1, 2023

To help avoid pay delays, please submit and approve pay period 13 Time and Attendance (T&A) records by the end of day this Saturday, July 1, 2023. Due to the July Fourth Independence Day Federal holiday next Tuesday and many employees taking off next Monday, this will help avoid potential delays in processing your pay.

What employees need to do

1. Submit your T&A for pay period 13 by this Saturday, July 1, 2023, to avoid any potential pay delays.
2. Code Your Time Correctly
   • As with all federal holidays, code your time in Paycheck8 with Transaction Code 66 and Descriptor Code 21 for the holiday.
3. Most employees will observe the upcoming holiday on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. If you have Tuesday as a regular day off, please review the Federal Holidays section of the HRM Leave webpage to verify your “in lieu of” holiday.

What supervisors need to do
Approve T&A records for each employee by this Saturday July 1, 2023.
