HRM: Quarter 3 performance conversations deadline and resources

With the current fiscal year quarter ending June 30, 2023, third quarter performance conversations are due. Supervisors and employees must log in to ConnectHR and then choose the Electronic Performance Management system to complete this task.

What supervisors need to do

  1. Make sure each of your employees is on an FY23 performance plan and that you are their current Supervisor of Record in Paycheck8.
  2. Complete Quarter 3 progress conversations in ePM as soon as possible.
  3. Log in to ConnectHR
  4. Choose ePM
  5. Select Quarterly Conversations
  6. Select Employee
  7. Select Begin

What employees need to do

Acknowledge completion of Quarter 3 progress conversations in ePM.

  1. Go to “My Worklist”
  2. Select “View Conversation”
  3. Review conversation and under Action Options, select “I confirm the Quarterly Conversation occurred.”
