Kandice Cotner accepted the position of deputy director for Strategic Planning, Budget, and Accountability for the Washington Office. Cotner currently serves as assistant director of Business Services in the Chief Financial Office.

Eric Hoenig accepted the position of social science advisor for the Europe and Eurasia regional program in International Programs. Hoenig currently serves as the program specialist in the operations unit of International Programs.

Kyle Horton accepted the position of social science advisor for the Asia Pacific regional program in International Programs. Horton currently serves as the program specialist in the Asia Pacific regional program in International Programs.

Tara Karel accepted the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for International Programs. Karel currently serves as the management and program analyst in the Strategic Planning, Budget and Accountability Office in Business Operations.
