Big Ice Cave Picnic Area and Interpretive Site
Seasonal Information
The trail and cave are open yearlong, weather permitting. However, forest road 2308 is closed above Tie Flats each year from April 15 to May 22. On most years, there is snow here until June.
The picnic area is open and maintained from May 26th- September 6th. Outside of these dates, please pack out your trash.
