6534.2 - Follow-up Billings . The Unit Collection Officer (UCO) will notify the originator of the Bill for Collection of the unpaid bill. The originator is responsible for the follow-up action to be taken. The UCO's immediate supervisor will be consulted if there is a question on what follow-up action is needed.
