61 - Qualifications

The District Ranger is responsible for ensuring that all personnel under his or her supervision meet the requirements of this chapter before being authorized to operate equipment. The Forest Staff Officers are responsible for Supervisor's Office personnel under their supervision.

Incidental and Motor Vehicle Operator:

No operator's card required.

Special Equipment Operator:

Issue operator's card indicating special equipment that holder is authorized to operation (Optional Form 346) with an indefinite expiration date.
