During the week of Feb. 20, more than 40 potential contractors attended three Industry Days events held at Southern Research Station headquarters and National Forests in North Carolina’s Uwharrie and Nantahala ranger district offices.

SRS Acquisition Management and forests Engineering staff provided information and assistance to attendees interested in delivering services for an upcoming Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Road Maintenance/Construction Contract. Representatives from the Small Business and Technology Development Center and North Carolina Military Business Center also participated in Industry Days to help potential contractors navigate opportunities, databases, and requirements for federal contracts.
