That's why he supports the Work Environment Improvement Program, which aims to help us continue our journey to an inclusive, positive and productive work environment.

It's not just a survey. This program includes an anonymous online assessment, employee engagement sessions, focus groups, interviews and local action plans. It drills all the way down to the district level, and it makes us all part of the solution.
