CIO: Albuquerque Service Center Telephone System Maintenance and Upgrade- January 17 through January 19, 2020

Beginning the evening of January 17 through January 19, 2020, the telephone system for the Albuquerque Service Center (ASC) will be offline for upgrades. All telephones at the ASC Campus will be impacted during the upgrade. By 4 p.m. (Mountain), January 19, 2020, the system will be restored.

What you need to know

All telephones at the Albuquerque Service Center Campus will be impacted during the upgrade.

During the outage, if you need to contact: 

By January 21, 2020, all services will be restored and operational for normal business.

What you need to do

No action is required at this time.
