Beginning the evening of January 17 through January 19, 2020, the telephone system for the Albuquerque Service Center (ASC) will be offline for upgrades. All telephones at the ASC Campus will be impacted during the upgrade. By 4 p.m. (Mountain), January 19, 2020, the system will be restored.

During the outage, if you need to contact:
- An individual located at the ASC, please send an email.
- The Harassment Reporting Center, please call 229-231-3191. (Note: This phone number will only be available during the outage).
- The Budget and Finance (B&F) Contact Center, open a B&F Help case by:
- The Human Resources Contact Center, open an HR Help case by:
By January 21, 2020, all services will be restored and operational for normal business.
