CIO: AT&T working to resolve conference line degradation

CIO Header

The Main Point

AT&T is actively working to resolve degraded service on conference lines used by Forest Service employees and other U. S. Department of Agriculture agencies. Some of the performance issues employees are currently experiencing include calls requiring several attempts to connect to the conference line, calls being dropped mid-meeting and callers receiving a recorded message stating the line is not activated.

AT&T is aware of the situation and is taking steps to improve capacity, performance and reliability of the conference lines as quickly as possible.

What You Need To Do

Please be aware this is a known issue. AT&T understands the impacts and is working to find a quick resolution. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
