CIO—Oct. 29: Adobe Creative Cloud transition

By October 29, 2019, all Forest Service Adobe Creative Cloud users will need to transition from Adobe ID to Enterprise ID to ensure their Adobe Creative Cloud access will not be lost.

What You Need To Do

Please follow the instructions below to complete the transition:

1.    Open Creative Cloud desktop application.
2.    Click on the blue button in the top right hand corner. 
3.    Click Sign Out.
a.    If you are signed in with an Adobe ID (including and emails) then sign out.

4.    Click on the Continue button.

5.    When prompted to sign in, enter your email address (No password required).
6.    Click on the “Continue” button.

7.    If prompted to the “Select an account” window, click on “Company or School Account.” Please note that you may or may not get the screen below.

8.    You will be automatically signed into Creative Cloud.

NOTE:  Please contact the Customer Help Desk (CHD) if you cannot transition your account from Adobe ID to Enterprise ID with these instructions. 

Ways to make sure that you are correctly signed in with your Enterprise ID:

1.     You did not have to enter a password to gain access.
2.    You do not see an access denied message.
