This is a reminder for seasonal employees and supervisors of seasonal employees regarding what they need to do in Pinyon for off-boarding before an employee leaves for the season.
What you need to do
If you are a seasonal employee:
Please make sure to add your supervisor as a co-owner to your 01. <username> Workspace before leaving for the year.
If you are the supervisor of a seasonal employee:
Please remind employees that they need to add you as a co-owner of their Workspace. This way, if a seasonal employee does not return, you retain co-ownership of the content and can determine how best to handle it and whether a new co-owner should be assigned.
