HRM: 2019 performance evaluations due October 30

Supervisors are reminded that 2019 performance appraisal ratings should be completed by Wednesday, October 30. Ratings must be entered into the Electronic Performance Management (ePM) system by Saturday, November 30.


What you need to do


  • Complete performance evaluations by October 30
  • Enter ratings into ePM by November 30
  • Ensure all employees are on FY 2020 performance plans by October 30


  • Individual Development Plans should be established by November 30
