HRM: Deadline extended—Establish FY23 performance plans by Jan. 31

Jan. 31, 2023 is the new deadline to establish FY23 performance plans for most employees. This includes all employees except SES, SL and ST positions above GS-15.

What Supervisors Need to Do

Log in to ePM and establish FY23 performance plans for each of your employees by Dec. 16, 2022. You can access ePM by visiting ConnectHR where you can find the ePM link on the left My Links menu. Remember to include supplemental standards and measures specific to an employee’s position that aligns with USDA and Forest Service goals.

Ratings for FY22 were due Oct. 31, 2022. If a rating has not yet been issued to your employees, you need to go into ePM and issue a final rating as soon as possible. Please refer to the previous reminder for specific details and helpful links to aid you in closing out the ratings.
