HRM: Frontline Employee Survey available for FS employees (April 15 – 26)
The Forest Service is collaborating with the Partnership for Public Service and the Boston Consulting Group to conduct an anonymous, voluntary survey designed to identify factors which serve as the greatest motivators to recruit and retain federal employees. The survey will be available April 15 – 26, 2024, and is targeted to gain a better understanding of the differences and respond to the needs of employees who are required to, or choose to, report to an agency worksite/office on a regular, recurring basis. All employees are invited to participate, regardless of the location they perform their work.
In taking the survey, you will be asked to complete a series of responses identifying factors which serve as the greatest and least important motivators to you in your work/career. Your responses will provide valuable information to help the agency leaders better prioritize meaningful investments in your day-to-day job.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and employees are authorized “01” official time to participate in this survey.
All responses are anonymous.
