FY2022 Performance Appraisal Reminders
- Supervisors must issue the final rating to their employees by Oct. 31, 2022. This includes obtaining approval from the reviewing official through the electronic Performance Management and before issuing the rating.
- Employees are encouraged to send accomplishment reports to their supervisor. This report should include personal performance contributions and accomplishments for each performance element. Employees should upload this report as an attachment to their FY22 performance plan in ePM.
- Once issued to the employee within ePM, the signed AD-435 will be available to view and download within ePM.
- Please review the performance appraisal checklist for rating officials for more information.
- You can also review the training video on how to issue an end-of-year rating.
Initiating FY23 Performance Plans in ePM
- FY23 performance plans should be issued by Oct. 31, 2022.
