Feb. 14, 2022 is the extended deadline to establish FY 22 Performance Plans based on recent USDA direction. This process should be completed using the new ePM.22 system that is accessible by logging into ConnectHR. 

Recorded ePM.22 training videos for supervisors and employees are available on the HRM Performance Management website. There is also a guide Establishing Meaningful Performance Plans to help supervisors develop and create Performance Plans.      

A Performance Appraisal Checklist is available for all supervisors/rating officials on the HRM Performance Management website.

What you need to do
Supervisors need to make sure that FY22 Performance Plans are established in ePM.22 and issued to an employee no later than Feb. 14, 2022.
