HRM: Monetary achievement award submissions due by Aug. 30

Monetary achievement award submissions for fiscal year 2024 are due by Aug. 30, 2024. This will allow time to process awards using FY 2024 funds. Monetary awards submitted after this date will be returned and may be submitted again after October 1st using fiscal year 2025 funds.

Achievement awards are a way to recognize employees or groups of employees who make significant contributions to the agency's mission or goals. For example, but not limited to:

  • Making a high-quality contribution involving a difficult or important project assignment.

  • Creating a knowledge management product such as an SOP or guide to document the materials and processes for performing a significant duty.

  • Displaying initiative and skill to successfully complete an assignment or project before the deadline to help the program, staff or customer.

  • Using initiative and creativity to improve in projects, activities, programs or services.

  • Managing your workload and added work or projects while making sure your unit carries out its mission during a challenging time.

Eligibility

These awards can be for individuals or groups of employees who:

  • Have been employed for at least 90 days.

  • Have a current fully successful rating.

  • Visit the HRM Awards webpage for more information including instructions on how to submit.

  • Supervisors should also follow local award protocols and guidance before submitting awards in eTracker.
