HRM: Notifications about within grade increase and probationary period

On February 3, the electronic Performance Management system was enhanced to allow supervisors to certify a within grade increase and probationary period.

 HRM is aware that managers and supervisors who have certified in ePM about these tasks for their employees are continuing to receive notifications. If the certification process has been completed, please ignore these additional notifications. 

HRM is working to enhance the ePM system to turn off notifications after the certifications have been completed in ePM.

What you need to do

Supervisors need to:

  • Certify an employee’s WGI or probationary period in ePM when they receive notifications in Paycheck8 and by email.  
  • Verify “Certification Complete” in ePM next to an employee’s name.
