USDA: Customer satisfaction survey coming soon

March 8, 2021

Text header for USDA

Colleagues,

On March 15, you will receive an email from "Mission-Support Customer Satisfaction Survey” (missionsupportcss@research.gsa.gov) with the subject line “2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey: Help Improve Your Organization's Mission-Support Services.” I’m reaching out to assure you this is a valid, confidential survey and to urge you to take 10 minutes to complete it. If you do not receive the email by the end of next week, please check your spam folder.

This annual survey is part of a project led by the Office of Management and Budget and the General Services Administration to measure the performance of mission-support services at our agency and across government. Last year, we received over 300,000 responses across federal agencies to the Customer Satisfaction Survey. With your help, we can boost response rates even higher this year. Our U.S. Department of Agriculture leadership team is counting on you to provide feedback on the quality and usefulness of mission-support services. This survey data will help us pinpoint strengths and crucial areas for improvement.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback and supporting the ongoing improvement of our mission-support services.

Best regards,

Gary Washington
Acting Deputy Secretary
U.S. Department of Agriculture
