USDA: Reminder—Employee telework survey
Hello,
You recently received an invitation to provide your input on telework and other workplace flexibilities, and we’d love to hear from you via this 15- to 30-minute survey. Any information you provide is anonymous. The survey closes Friday, May 7, 2021.
Even if you are not eligible for telework, there are opportunities in open comment sections to give your opinion and suggestions. While the main purpose of the survey is to gather information on telework, there are also questions on other factors that impact your work. We encourage you to think about other flexibilities that relate to your job, including additional options for scheduling, considerations for work-life-balance, training opportunities and overtime. You can also use the open comment questions to provide specific feedback to the department on additional ideas you may have for expanded workplace flexibilities.
As a department, we are striving for a 40% response rate—but we don’t have to stop there! We have over a week left.
