Employees to move to one building in Albuquerque, New Mexico

NEW MEXICO This fall we plan to move employees from 3900 Masthead St. in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the adjacent 4000 Masthead St. This move will co-locate Albuquerque-based Washington Office employees with Human Resources Management, Chief Information Office, Procurement and Property Services, Office of Regulatory and Management, and Chief Financial Officer to one building, saving the agency over $3.18 million annually in rent. The move will be completed by Nov. 30.

We understand that many employees have connections to the Masthead buildings, whether through attending conferences or by working with our colleagues in one of the buildings. Please be assured that our employees will remain at the Masthead area, just in a single facility at 4000 Masthead. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition.

This move is part of an ongoing effort to reduce leasing costs through routine evaluation of space requirements, allowing us to optimize our needs across our network of agency-owned and leased buildings. This will help reduce costs and ensure we use our resources efficiently. Your cooperation and support in these initiatives are greatly appreciated. Together, we will make the best use of our facilities.
