Learn what’s possible: Join a This Is Who We Are engagement
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Throughout 2021, thousands of Forest Service employees have engaged in meaningful discussions about our agency’s mission, purpose and value; our core values; and our code and commitments through This is Who We Are employee engagements. These day-long virtual engagements connect us to one another and inspire us to see how we each play a role in achieving our mission. Robert Bergstrom, TIWWA ambassador and administrative review coordinator in Region 8, sums it up nicely: “It’s been quite refreshing to discover that no matter our tenure, position, or experiences, we are more alike than not. When we leverage these similarities by investing in relationships, we achieve greater success in everything we do.”
Now is your chance to learn what’s possible when we rally around a common set of values and commitments in service to our mission. The Work Environment and Performance Office is offering open enrollment This is Who We Are engagements on Tuesdays (9a.m. – 4p.m. PST) and Wednesdays (9a.m. – 4p.m. EST) through the end of the calendar year. Simply visit EventBrite and choose any date with open seats that fits your schedule. Please make sure to save the date on your calendar when you enroll, and a TIWWA ambassador will send you an invite and ZoomGov connection information closer to the date you selected.
Attending an engagement also satisfies your AgLearn requirement for “6140 National This is Who We Are Employee Engagement Session 1.”
